Industrial Hydraulic Valve and Manifold Manufacturing
As HassasValf, we manufacture custom hydraulic valves with high-pressure resistance for heavy industry facilities, iron and steel plants, press lines, and mobile hydraulic systems. Under challenging process conditions where standard products fall short or procurement times are too long, we produce custom-made directional control, pressure control, and flow control valves in our own facility using reverse engineering and advanced CNC machining technologies.
Advanced Manufacturing and Precision Machining Processes
- It is critical for valves, the heart of hydraulic systems, to operate with zero leakage under cavitation, shock pressure fluctuations, and thermal stress. Therefore, our manufacturing process begins with qualified material selection in strict accordance with ASME and DIN norms, and concludes with micron-precision CNC machining and surface lapping operations.Custom Design and Manufacturing: Precise spool tolerancing, valve body machining, and meticulous lapping of plug and seat surfaces based on the hydraulic circuit diagrams specific to your process.
- High Pressure and Shock Resistance: Manufacturing of shock-absorbing (anti-shock) hydraulic valves and manifolds (hydraulic blocks) engineered to withstand severe operating pressures of 350 Bar and above.
- Qualified Material Usage: Precision machining from nodular cast iron (GGG40/50), high-strength alloy steel, or stainless steel billets depending on the required pressure class and fluid dynamics.
- Certified Testing Procedures: Every manufactured valve is subjected to static and dynamic hydrostatic sealing and flow tests in our custom test units designed in accordance with EN 12266-1 and API 598 standards.

Hassas Valf Service Overview
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you manufacture system-specific or non-standard (custom) hydraulic valves?
Yes, we manufacture hydraulic valves and manifold blocks that are unavailable as standard in the market or have specific requirements for your process (different flow rates, ultra-high pressures, custom connection dimensions) using reverse engineering from a physical sample or technical drawing.
How do you conduct sealing and pressure tests for the manufactured hydraulic valves?
All hydraulic valves and blocks we produce are hydrostatically tested up to 1.5 times the design pressure in our test units, which conform to API 598 and EN 12266-1 standards. Internal leakage and external body sealing checks are certified with a strict zero-defect principle prior to delivery.
What materials do you use for the hydraulic valve body and internals (spool)?
Depending on the application area and system pressure (Bar), we ensure long-lasting performance by utilizing pressure and shock-resistant nodular cast iron (GGG40/50) or forged steel for valve bodies, and heat-treated, precision-ground special alloy steels for internals and spools.
